The UB-UBUNTU Party was conceived by S Kumar Shah, who has personally invested the entire founding expenses of the Party. He serves as the non-retiring Founder and President of the Party.
The President serves at will; each succeeding President is declared by the retiring President.
All other designations are filled by internal election, weighted by the gravity and responsibility of each post.
The President holds veto power over and above internal election decisions.
